Cho Bao

A new creative and delicious Chinese based restaurant recently opened round the corner from me. From meat to vegetarian options, these ingredients are put on light fluffy bases of bao, a white fluffy bun. Sides like the classic takoyakis; a sort of salty pancake ball filled with octopus; sweet potato fries, salads and little condiments to top it off. The interior of the restaurant is small but feels homely, with cold white tiles, a lightly lit countertop, and a window showing the workers preparing the food. The staff are super nice, and they are multilingual so don't worry about languages! The food is to die for and is fresh and not too packed. The packaging for takeout is very easy and reusable.

The restaurant is located on the Chausée d'Alsemberg and is the 125. Very easy to get there by tram, just take trams that go to Albert!
