This trendy, authentic and quick eating restaurant is from Vietnam. It was founded in 2014, and has 5 locations around Brussels. They have meat and vegetarian options for all and their main concept is different types of summer rolls, a simple vietnamese appetizer in all Southeast Asian restaurants. The roll is wrapped in rice paper, filled with salad noodles and a main protein with nuts (you can ask of allergies) . They serve baos, rice, soups and salads on the side and have several desserts: brownie cake, mochis, one being a steamed black sesame cake which is to DIE for. The staff are super sweet and the restaurant decor is quite unique but adorable and healthy. The seating is comfortable and the locations are quite accessible in car, tram or bike.
